Georgia's Southern Cheesecake ( a dozen)
This incredible brownie is a tribute to our Aunt Georgia's recipe for a southern spiced sweet potato pie. The rich deliciousness begins with a layer of triple chocolate brownie topped with a delicately spiced sweet potato cheesecake and finished with a thin sweetened sour cream frosting to balance out the sweetness and then topped with spiced pecans. If you have never had a sweet potato dessert, you'll love it. It's like pumpkin but with a unique flavor twist.
